Password Recovery & Access Assistance

The Pragati Portal self-service password recovery facility enables verified officers, project leads, and stakeholders to safely reset credentials in compliance with Government of India cyber security standards.

How Password Recovery Works:

Provide Registered Identifier Submit your verified email address or username registered in the Pragati Portal database.

Receive Secure Reset Link If an active account exists, a time-limited, encrypted reset link is automatically dispatched to your official mailbox.

Set New Compliant Password Follow GIGW security standards: minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special symbols.
MeriPehchan (National SSO) Users: If your account authenticates using the National Single Sign-On (MeriPehchan / Jan Parichay), please manage or reset your password directly at the MeriPehchan Portal.
